Altenew Moody Brights Watercolor Compact is a bold palette of six artist-quality watercolor pans created in collaboration with Sarah Simon of The Mint Gardener. This expressive collection blends saturated brights with rich, moody tones across the red-violet, yellow, blue, and green spectrum, making it ideal for color mixing, layering, and building depth in a wide range of artistic styles.
Each color offers transparent to semi-transparent coverage with strong saturation and lightfastness ratings ranging from excellent to very good. The compact includes six detachable metal watercolor half pans, each holding 1.8 ml of paint, secured neatly in place with a magnetic strip inside the case. All colors are certified non-toxic.
Key features include six curated colors using pigments PV.36, PY.74, PB.15, PY.110, and PB.36, with lightfastness ratings of Excellent (I) to Very Good (II).
